Privacy Policy

This page explains what information kseniiashermin.com collects, why, and how you can ask me to change or delete it. This is a personal site run by one person (Kseniia Shermin), not a company with a dedicated legal or privacy team, so this policy is written in plain language rather than formal legal terms.

What this site collects

The contact form

If you fill out the form on the homepage or Contact page, it collects your name, email address, approximate ad spend range, what you're looking for, and whatever you write in the message field. That submission is processed by Web3Forms (a third-party form service) and delivered to me by email. I use it only to reply to your inquiry. I don't add you to a mailing list, sell it, or share it with anyone else.

Booking a call

The "Book a Call" link goes to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool. Anything you enter there (name, email, meeting time) is handled underCal.com's own privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic and how visitors use the site. Both use cookies and only load after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline or don't respond, neither loads, and no analytics cookies are set. It may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't require consent.

Hosting

This site is served through Cloudflare. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare's infrastructure sees standard server-log data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for every visitor, as a normal part of delivering the page. I don't access this data individually; it exists at the infrastructure level.

What this site does not do

• Doesn't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• Doesn't share contact-form submissions with third parties beyond the services listed above (Web3Forms, to deliver the message to me).
• Doesn't run retargeting or ad-tracking pixels.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. The fastest way to reach me is through theContact form or a message onLinkedIn. I'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it's used changes, this page will be updated to reflect that. The date at the top shows the last update.
